The Breckenridge Mountain Master Association is a non-profit corporation registered with the state and managed by a Board of Directors.  Its purpose is to maintain all common grounds and to govern the community in accordance with the provisions of the legal documents.  The community consists of the Upper Breckenridge Mountain Planned Community and the Lower Breckenridge Mountain Planned Community.  These communities are made up of the following areas.

Upper Breckenridge Mountain Planned Community

• Base area of Peak 7
• Base area of Peak 8
• Residential neighborhood called Timber Trail

Lower Breckenridge Mountain Planned Community

• Mountain Thunder Lodge
• Sawmill, Parkway Center Parcels (currently undeveloped parking lots)
